Terms of Payment for individual bookings

All payments can be made via Bank Transfer or by Credit Card (as per booking request form), as follows:

• All Credit card payments are charged with an additional 3% Bank fee. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will receive detailed instructions.
• Full payment of reservations is required upon confirmation of the booking.

Changes and cancellation policy for individuals

• 50% Refund: for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival.
• No Refund: for cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival and / or no shows.

Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to Free Spirit by email ([email protected]). Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For no shows or last minute cancellations, full cancellation fees will apply and rooms will be released the following day at 09:00

Group reservations

Group reservations of six (6) rooms or more will be handled separately. In order to submit an enquiry for a group booking or for further information please contact Free Spirit by email ([email protected]), providing the number of rooms needed, hotel category and preferred hotel if possible. Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted.
